At Glossier A Beauty, we want every customer to feel confident about their purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we provide a straightforward return and refund process.

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, with all tags and packaging intact. Personalized or engraved items are non-returnable unless faulty.
  • Our support team is available to guide you through the return process.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, return shipping is free.
  • Change of Mind: If you no longer want the item or ordered the wrong size or color, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Shipping fees: Any shipping charges paid at checkout (including the $19 USD flat delivery fee for orders below £75 / $75) are non-refundable.
  • Faulty items: Please contact support@glossierabeauty.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange a free return and offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Email support@glossierabeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Repack: Securely place the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documents.
  3. Ship: Follow the instructions provided in your return authorization email. Use the recommended carrier or your preferred shipping method.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • Approved refunds are processed within up to 7 business days. Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a new order after the returned item is received and inspected (or via direct replacement if stock allows). Please contact support@glossierabeauty.com for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages.
