Why is my order taking over a 4 day to arrive?
Is your address a possible business address, student home or hotel, or do you live above a business address?
Unfortunately, DHL does not ship to these addresses. For these addresses, we need to use DHL office hours delivery. If your package is still not delivered after 3 business days, please contact support@glossierabeauty.com If your package is not one of the addresses stated above, please contact us at support@glossierabeauty.com, We will help get the issue solved as soon as possible.
Can I still cancel/edit my order?
We can still cancel/edit your order as long as the order is not in transit.
Please reach out to us at support@glossierabeauty.com Make sure to include your order number. That way we are able to help get the concern resolved as soon as possible.
An item is missing/My order has the wrong product.
Please reach out to us at support@glossierabeauty.com Additionally, please provide us with photos and information. This will help us resolve the issue more quickly!
My order shows as delivered, but I haven’t received my package.
In case the package shows as delivered, but you have not received anything, we advise checking with your neighbours first as they might have received your package in your name.

What countries do you ship to/What are the shipping fees.

How can I return an order?
You have the right to return your order up to 60 days after delivery without giving any reason. More information can be found on our Returns & Refund Policy.

I still haven’t received an update on my tracking code.
It may take some time to receive an update on your order, depending on what courier you’re using and where the package is being shipped to.
